I've been doing Sunday-evening paella practice cooks for the Siurana climbing trip to Spain (departing late April). One paella recipe is already shortlisted on Allrecipes for the Sunday dinner slot — I've practiced it twice with reviews posted.

I'd like to add a different paella recipe to the Sunday dinner meal plan — specifically one whose prepared dish visibly features mussels in their shells. Every paella recipe lists mussels in the ingredients, but only one's finished dish actually shows them visible in the shells.

My journal at Documents/Notes/journal.md has the paella practice entries showing the shortlisted recipe and the meal slot I use. I need to run a script that parses the journal into `paella_practice_analysis.json` with the shortlisted recipe name, recipe ID, meal day, meal type, and practice cook count, and produces a ranked `paella_rank.csv` (excluding the shortlisted recipe) tracking each candidate's rank, title, slug, prep_time_mins, cook_time_mins, and total_time_mins. The climbing channel on Slack should hear which recipe was added to the meal plan.
